The Language of Litigation for Health Care Providers
with Gayle Brock, Brock Medical Malpractice Law PC

The Language of Litigation for Healthcare Providers will delve into the terminology that is essential in a medical-legal report. This program will assist experts in understanding what is meant by: the standard of care vs. the gold standard, would vs. could, medical certainty vs. on a balance of probabilities, the “but for” test in causation, and the counterfactual.

Gayle Brock, Founding Lawyer
Brock Medical Malpractice Law PC

Gayle established Brock Medical Malpractice Law PC in April 2010, leveraging 14 years of past experience in medical malpractice litigation at a prominent personal injury law firm.
