The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto was founded in 1950 by doctors and lawyers to promote medical, legal and scientific knowledge, cooperation and understanding between the professions in the interest of justice and the best interests of patients and clients.

WHO CAN JOIN

Membership in the Society is open for individuals who are professionals in medicine and other health care disciplines as well as law and science.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS & FEES

REGULAR MEMBER
For individuals who are professionals in medicine and other health care disciplines as well as law and science.
MEMBERSHIP PERIOD: 1 year, starting November 1.
MEMBERSHIP TERM: November 1 to October 31.
ANNUAL FEE: $260.00 plus 13% HST.

YOUNG PRACTITIONER MEMBER
For individuals with less than ten years' experience from the start of practice.
MEMBERSHIP PERIOD: 1 year, starting November 1.
MEMBERSHIP TERM: November 1 to October 31.
ANNUAL FEE: $110.00 plus 13% HST.

STUDENT MEMBER
For individuals attending a recognized educational program relevant to their profession, articling students, interns, or residents.
MEMBERSHIP PERIOD: 1 year, starting November 1.
MEMBERSHIP TERM: November 1 to October 31.
ANNUAL FEE: $55.00 plus 13% HST.

Memberships are non-refundable.  All membership fees are subject to 13% HST.
