EXPERT EVIDENCE BEFORE THE LICENCE APPEAL TRIBUNAL
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 24 | 4:00 - 5:00 PM (EST) | VIRTUAL
PROGRAM CHAIR: MR. JOSEPH J. COLANGELO
This is the third program arising out of the Medico-Legal Report 2021. In the first two programs, participants were introduced to the main topics of the Report and saw a trial demonstration of the pitfalls of the qualification of the expert witness in a simulated action in the Superior Court of Justice. In this program, the MLST presents a follow up on the teaching points of the first two program by presenting the expert evidence of a witness who testifies before the Licence Appeal Tribunal on a catastrophic injury claim.
